| 5th Annual Skiing and Snowboarding Weekend at Snowshoe Mountain, WVA This event was again a very big success save the 2nd weeknd of Feb 2010. |
Back by popular demand - if you are going on one winter ski/snowboarding trip, this is
the one you want to be on! Join multi-state Meetup groups from DC/VA/NC/SC & FL on
this great event. We had 150+ with us last year. Don't miss out sign up early.
This great package includes 3 night stay at one of the resort lodges. Last year we were
at the Summit Lodge. If that location is available we will try to secure that area.
Meals not included; but, our rooms include mini-kitchens so bring food & drinks. BYOB.
For those of you that aren't into the ski/snowboard but want a break there is plenty of
things to do - you can enjoy the village, rent snowmobile, snowshoe, snowtube, lots of
dancing or hottubs!!
For those of you that need lessons --no worries!! We have a lot of experienced and
prior instructors in our group and we will ensure that free and/or affordable lessons are
available for boarding and skiing. More details to come.
This trip is designed to accommodate singles and couples - so indicate when you
register and pay your deposit whether you will want a single or a double rate. If you
request a double please notify the Meetup organizers of your desired roommate/
bedbuddy.
Who we are: We are Regional Meetup Organizers from multiple states. We have
singles, scuba, and adventure groups. We join together to do regional events. This is
one of our most successful events we do each year. Don't miss the fun with Vanessa,

COST/PAYMENT
We have a variety of option this year - please indicate which package you desire when
you submit your deposit.
Due to a special arrangement with the resort we are suppose to have the same pricing
as last year. We will get it all posted as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that once the
event has been posted to eventbrite you can pay your deposit for the event. Until then
you can notify Lynn of your desire to be a part of this Skiing and Snowshoe Retreat. .

SNOWTUBING: I know...I know...you all want to play bumper cars with the snowtubes
again. We will be checking the scheduling to see which night would be best and will put
up post that information later.
CARPOOLING: In mid- January we will post information for people so they can notify us
who are willing to drive from what location and the times. Since we have people coming
from many locations we will email you directly on the others in your area that are going.
So please notify us from what location you will be coming when you submit your deposit.
PARTY TIME Like last year we will be throwing a mini-party in the organizers room upon
check-in. More information will come to you about this and more after you have paid
your deposit. You definitely do not want to miss the nightclub at Snowshoe on Friday
and Saturday nights.
**Not Included: Meals are not included in this pricing; however, our condos do include
full-kitchens so feel free to bring breakfast/food-stuff(s) and drinks. We will also arrange
to eat dinner as a group (if possible) on Saturday night. More details to come once we
get a full headcount.
